浇注搅拌机是加气混凝土生产的主要设备。主要用于对按一定配比注入罐体的料浆、水泥、生石灰、石膏及铝粉膏悬浮液进行搅拌，使之均匀混合，充分反应，并及时将混合料浆注入模框内。

浇注搅拌机结构特点：
浇注搅拌机加气混凝土浇注搅拌机采用螺旋浆式搅拌，在罐内形成很强的涡流，破坏生石灰颗粒的包膜，使之达到充分均匀的混合。同时可升降的浇注臂随浇注过程调整高度，防止飞溅。本机分固定式和移动式配合浆料，定量浇注在模具上。

浇注搅拌机操作规程：
1.检查浇注搅拌机设备、电器仪表、气路、阀门等是否正常，常用工具如撬杠、锤子等是否准备好。放出压缩空气气包中的积水。
2.下芯时，手未离开前不准合模，以防挤伤。两人操作时，必须精神集中，互相配合，互相照顾。浇注好的铸件应叠放整齐、平稳。堆放高度要适中，并注意留有人行通道。
3.遇有芯头，芯板损坏或合模不严，不得浇注。当合模浇注时，压铸机前面不得站人，以免跑火烫伤。出现严重跑火等紧急事故时，应立即放气，切断电源。对跑火流出的金属液体，要及时处理。
4.吊运工作应遵守挂钩工安全操作规程。钢丝绳使用前应检查有无损坏，吊钩应挂牢挂稳方能起吊。
5.漏斗、快速测温计、热电偶涂料等要烘干后方可使用。
6.完工后应将各阀门关闭，切断设备电源，清理工作现场。
